FLOCK WELLNESS EXAMS
Thorough flock examinations establish an
understanding of the general health of your
flock and are key to the road to production
success.
PROPERTY ASSESSMENTS
Property assessments are a necessary step
in the examination process, as it is a stepping
stone to a number of flock planning tasks.
VACCINATIONS
Similarly to other livestock and companion
animal species, poultry require vaccines to
remain healthy; especially in both small flocks
and production settings.
COOP ASSESSMENTS
Coop environments play a huge role in the
overall health and success of your flock. Having
a proper coop will yield higher production and
happier birds.
DIAGNOSTICS
As diseases continue to spread, it is vital to
vets and producers alike to be able to rapidly diagnose diseases in order to properly treat
your flock and ensure overall health.
BIOSECURITY AUDITS
All flocks big and small are susceptible to disease.
The best way to combat disease is to adopt strict biosecurity guidelines. We will help develop
guidelines specific to your flock.
PARASITE CONTROL
Mites and intestinal parasites can destroy the
health and production of any flock. Being
prepared with knowledge and parasite control
plans will help decrease the effects of parasites.
NUTRITION CONSULTING
Having a dialed-in nutrition plan/ration is vital to
growing and producing birds who live longer and
healthier lives. Production will not be optimal unless
your birds are fed a well-rounded diet.
PREDATOR CONTROL
Raccoons, foxes, and coyotes; just to name a few.
These predators can take out your flock in a matter
of hours. Predator plans can greatly reduce the damage
that can be done to your flock.
HATCHING MANAGEMENT
Hatchery systems can be a difficult endeavor
without the right consultation. Audits of current
systems and plans for future systems can help
producers increase hatchability.

ABOUT
TCPMS
Twin Cities Poultry Medicine Services (TCPMS) LLC was founded by Dr. Zach Adams in 2023. Even though Dr. Adams' full-time job is in small animal medicine, he has always had a strong passion for all things poultry-related. This passion drove him to create the first and only mobile veterinary service that is focused solely on poultry in the Twin Cities area.

TCPMS was developed to serve the people of the Twin Cities and surrounding communities, who own small flocks or independent production systems. Dr. Adams understands that it is very difficult to find a knowledgeable, affordable, local poultry veterinarian; which is the problem that TCPMS is here to solve. Whether you own 2 chickens or 2000+ turkeys, we are here to serve you.
