About Us
Protecting the Twin Cities Metro Poultry Populations
Welcome! We are glad you are here! Twin Cities Poultry Medicine Service was the first and only mobile poultry veterinary service in the Twin Cities.

Our Story
Dr. Adams founded Twin Cities Poultry Medicine Service LLC in the Spring of 2023 after discovering that there were no poultry veterinarian options for the citizens and producers of the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. TCPMS was created with the hope that, through our unique mobile & home-visit structure, we can provide a valuable service to both our smaller and larger producers by easing the stress of finding a standalone clinic.
Our core values and structure are truly what set us apart from standard veterinary practices. TCPMS was founded on the belief that all producers, no matter the size of their flock, should have access to affordable and exceptional veterinary care. TCPMS is fully committed to our clients and strives to provide a one-stop shop for all your poultry health needs.
Dr. Adams purchased TCCare Veterinary Clinic (formerly Hopkins Pet Hospital) in 2026. He decided to absorb TCPMS into TCCare to continue providing mobile poultry services while allowing more extensive in-clinic service options.
Meet The Team

Founder/Owner/Lead Veterinarian
Dr. Adams has been a life long animal caretaker as a result of growing up on a small hobby farm in a rural part of Eastern Iowa. His passion for animals took him to Iowa State University where he received his BS in Animal Science in 2017. Throughout his undergraduate education, Dr. Adams worked extensively in poultry specific settings. These settings include Jennie-O Turkey Store, Iowa Turkey Federation, and a Chicken Genetics Lab at ISU.
Upon graduation, Dr. Adams was admitted to the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. While in vet school, Dr. Adams followed a Food Animal track with emphasis on Poultry Medicine. This emphasis lead to opportunities working for Jennie-O Turkey Store, Mississippi State PRDL, University of Georgia PDRC, Micheal Foods, West Liberty Foods, and Butterball Turkey.
Following veterinary school, Dr. Adams spent time at a Poultry Medicine Residency in North Carolina before returning back to the Midwest in 2022.
